Job summary

The Wenger Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a Mill Technician I to join our grain milling and feed ingredient operations. You will perform grain testing, hand-adds of ingredients, and assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance, while upholding safety and quality policies.

You will work with Laserfiche, The Wenger System, and WEM in a fast-paced environment, adhering to FSMA and SQF standards, and participate in training to develop skills for advancement within our growing

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and under close supervision.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform basic calculations.
• Adherence to Food Safety Standards - FSMA and SQF requirements and state regulations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate standard software.
• Demonstrates safe behavior and follows policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Milling operations and grain testing (DON testing, moisture, dockage).
• Perform hand-adds and accurately record medication and vitamin usage.
• Maintain and manage bag inventories; support inventory control.
• Housekeeping and routine maintenance of the mill and equipment.
• Assist in training and learn Wenger systems and procedures.
