Sofidel America is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Inola, OK facility. Lead and develop a maintenance team, oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, and ensure safe operation of mechanical and electrical systems.

You will respond to emergencies, coordinate schedules, and provide technical guidance while promoting a safety-first culture and continuous improvement across plant operations.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor degree in a technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance and electrical experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop maintenance employees at varying levels of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve in an on call capacity and respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Oversee breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance activities throughout the plant.
• Supervise maintenance personnel, establish work priorities, and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to less experienced maintenance team members.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify, troubleshoot, and correct equipment issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic methods.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure maintenance activities are performed in accordance with applicable safety requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Promote a safe working environment and support plant safety programs.
• Maintain positive employee relations while establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Participate in maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and project planning.
• Operate welding and cutting equipment as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, maintenance practices, and overall plant performance.

Sofidel America is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. We are looking for an experienced paper machine maintenance professional who is interested in a long term opportunity with a stable and growing organization. The Paper Mill Maintenance Supervisor will play an important role in supporting plant reliability, leading maintenance personnel, and ensuring equipment is maintained safely and effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Associate degree or Bachelor degree in a technical field preferred
• 5 or more years of industrial maintenance and electrical experience
• 2 or more years of experience supervising or managing a maintenance team within a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop maintenance employees at varying levels of experience
• Ability to build a collaborative team and work effectively within a diverse workforce
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Must be flexible and available to work overtime and weekends when required
