Sofidel America of Oklahoma is currently seeking a Paper Mill Shift Supervisor. We are searching for a candidate that is looking for a long‑term role in a stable environment. Your expertise will make you an important part of our team! The Paper Mill Shift Supervisor will perform functions to supervise the operations of the paper mill including set up, assignment of staff, and organizing mill area to maintain and supervise the safe and efficient operations, as guided by precedent and while working within the limits of established policies.
This role sits within a salary range of $80,000–$90,000, defined based on internal equity and external market benchmarks. The final offer will be tailored, reflecting the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and overall contribution to the role.
