Qualifications

• Post high school education is required.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing with 1 to 3 years in people management.
• Ability to set up and manage agendas with clear time frames and visual aids.
• Strong communication skills to speak clearly, engage listeners, and ask pertinent questions.
• Proficiency in operating Inside UFPI systems with knowledge of policies and navigation.
• Familiarity with Citrix and maintaining email etiquette with timelines and deadlines.
• Knowledge of CI, quality training, and troubleshooting quality issues.
• Attention to detail in identifying important production details and double-checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages the production operation of multiple departments and shifts.
• Leads a group of employees, driving maximum productivity.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves problems and opportunities.
• Evaluates performance and coaches employees.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Prepares reports and maintains records; participates in Safety Committee.
• May drive a forklift to move material.
• Supports continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.
• Maintains routine while allowing for flexibility as needed.
