Job summary

Keystone Cooperative in New Castle, IN, is seeking a dependable team member to manufacture livestock feed, perform related paperwork, and help with loading, unloading, and warehouse duties.

You will operate forklifts, assist with maintenance, ensure safety, and contribute to customer service and grain handling in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is evening to night shifts with overtime as needed.

Schedule is approximately Monday thru Thursday 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and Fridays 6:00 pm to 5:00 am with overtime as needed.

Position Overview

Primary duties to include the manufacturing of livestock feed and all related paperwork. Additional duties to include loading/unloading trucks, customer service, grounds and equipment maintenance, warehouse maintenance, and other related feed production duties, forklift operation and grain handling.

Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Must be able to work independently and efficiently with little or no supervision.
• Assist other mill employees with operating activities.
• Operate scales for inbound and outbound trucks.
• Performing basic preventative maintenance, including housekeeping items.
• Understanding the feed ingredients and proper handling techniques.
• Accurately distribute feed directly to a feed truck.
• Operate equipment safely.
• Consistently follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules.
• Properly complete necessary paperwork and records.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
