Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking personnel for the second shift to manufacture livestock feed and manage related paperwork. The role includes loading and unloading trucks, providing customer service, and maintaining grounds and equipment in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities include operating scales, performing basic preventative maintenance, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. A High School Diploma is required; agriculture background is a plus.

Second shift will run approximately 4:00 pm to 2:00 am Monday thru Friday with some occasional weekends required as needed.

Position Overview : Primary duties to include the manufacturing of livestock feed and all related paperwork. Additional duties to include loading/unloading trucks, customer service, grounds and equipment maintenance, warehouse maintenance, and other related feed production duties, forklift operation and grain handling.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to work independently and efficiently with little or no supervision.

• Assist other mill employees with operating activities.

• Operate scales for inbound and outbound trucks.

• Performing basic preventative maintenance, including housekeeping items.

• Understanding the feed ingredients and proper handling techniques.

• Accurately distribute feed directly to a feed truck.

• Operate equipment safely.

• Consistently follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules.

• Properly complete necessary paperwork and records.

• Assist with other duties as assigned.
