Job summary

Keystone Cooperative is seeking a team-oriented individual to manufacture livestock feed and manage related paperwork. The role includes loading/unloading trucks, forklift operation, and general maintenance tasks.

The position requires accuracy in documentation, safety compliance, and the ability to work independently or with others. Evening hours are typical, with potential schedule adjustments based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; agriculture background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture livestock feed and handle related paperwork.
• Load/unload trucks and operate scales for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Assist mill staff with operating activities and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Move and handle feed, operate equipment safely, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Document records accurately and follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules.
• Provide customer service and assist with other duties as assigned.

Hours are generally 7:00 pm to 3:00 am, but could adjust based on business needs.

Position Overview : Primary duties to include the manufacturing of livestock feed and all related paperwork. Additional duties to include loading/unloading trucks, customer service, grounds and equipment maintenance, warehouse maintenance, and other related feed production duties, forklift operation and grain handling.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to work independently and efficiently with little or no supervision.

• Assistother mill employees with operating activities.

• Operate scales for inbound and outbound trucks.

• Performing basic preventative maintenance, including housekeeping items.

• Understanding the feed ingredients and proper handling techniques.

• Accurately distribute feed directly to a feed truck.

• Operate equipment safely.

• Consistently follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules.

• Properly complete necessary paperwork and records.

• Assistwith other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Computer skills and ability to learn new software.

• Have an understanding ofsafe working conditions and operations of vehicles.
