Job summary

Tarkett is hiring a Mill Operator for the night shift at its United States facility. You will operate Mixing or Calender Mills, uphold strict safety standards, inspect materials for quality, and help meet daily production quotas.

The role requires physical endurance, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the willingness to work in a noisy environment with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to comply with safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform 5S audits.
• Experience in Mixing and/or Calender Mills operations.
• Inspect materials for defects and inconsistencies.
• Transport materials to next station using tow motor.
• Complete production tickets and downtime sheets.
• Maintain green initiative and safety/quality standards.
