• Administer and maintain safety policies and standards.
• Perform and maintain required line readings.
• Fill in for extrusion operators.
• Train and coach job specifics to extrusion operators.
• Complete production reports.
• Ensure all operators have necessary tools and supplies.
• Complete production reports.
• Be familiar with current schedule and prepare for/perform product changeovers.
• Communicate with oncoming/outgoing shift’s Extrusion crew leaders.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed on short notice.
• Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.

* Administer and maintain safety policies and standards.* Ensure first quality for all processes.* Perform and maintain required line readings to ensure machine set-up is correct.* Fill in for extrusion operators.* Train and coach job specifics to extrusion operators.* Ensure all operators have necessary tools and supplies.* Complete production reports.* Be familiar with current schedule and prepare for/perform product changeovers.* Communicate with oncoming/outgoing shift’s Extrusion crew leaders* Must be able to work overtime when needed on short notice.* Comply with all safety policies, practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Report unsafe activities to supervisor and/or manager and/or Human Resources.* Capable of safely lifting 50 lbs.
