Job summary

Crucible ETN is seeking a Mill Operations Superintendent for East Tennessee Mines to oversee safe, efficient operation and continuous improvement across milling processes. You will lead maintenance planning, asset management, and budget adherence while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality recovery of metals.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in mill operations/maintenance, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a strong leadership presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in mill operations / maintenance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MSHA standards and promote safe work environment.
• Lead the team with a safety-first mindset and strong leadership.
• Coordinate asset management, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance.
• Budget all projects and monitor costs during implementation.
• Provide detailed reports on variances and quality issues.
• Maintain mill budget and cost control.
• Coordinate performance management and reviews.
