• Provide strategic leadership on maintenance operations to maximize production.
• Develop short- and long-term maintenance strategies to enable operating efficiency.
• Create maintenance program safety goals and plans for a safe work environment.
• Supervise and inspect maintenance work to implement best practices and up-to-date technology.
