Job summary

Trinity Products in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a skilled Mill Fabrication Welder for a 2nd shift role. You will fabricate, weld, and finish steel products, interpreting detailed drawings and ensuring quality workmanship.

A minimum of 1 year welding experience and successful completion of an internal weld test are required. We provide PPE and a safety‑driven environment, with overhead crane operation and opportunities for skill growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year welding experience across various techniques.
• Successful completion of an internal weld test.
• Experience with D1.1 structural welding code and quality standards.
• Ability to identify defects affecting structural integrity.
• Must wear steel-toe boots, sleeved shirts, and a welding hood; PPE provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform weld preparation, welding, and finishing tasks per specs, blueprints, and drawings.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbolism.
• Set up and fine-tune welding fixtures and parameters for optimal welds.
• Execute grinding, fitting, and finishing operations with hand and power tools.
• Use welding equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect work.
• Follow safety protocols and operate overhead crane to move materials.
