Job summary

Trinity Products in Saint Charles, MO, is seeking a Band Roller Welder on 1st shift to join a 100% employee-owned team. You will weld, inspect, and finish steel pipe products, following detailed drawings, welding symbols, and quality standards.

You will operate welding equipment, fixtures, and a jib crane in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. The role requires hands-on welding experience, the ability to read mechanical drawings, and adherence to PPE and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of welding experience across various techniques preferred
• Successful completion of an internal weld test
• Experience with D1.1 structural welding code preferred
• Ability to identify small defects in materials and joints
• Understanding three-dimensional space for positioning materials

Responsibilities

• Perform weld preparation, welding, and finishing per specifications
• Interpret mechanical drawings and weld symbol requirements
• Set up and adjust welding fixtures and parameters
• Execute grinding, fitting, and finishing operations
• Use power tools to prep joints and ensure clean welds
• Operate a jib crane to move heavy steel plates
• Maintain welding equipment and PPE
• Inspect work with precision measuring instruments
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
