Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. in JAFFREY, New Hampshire, is seeking a Mill Equipment Operator for day and night shifts. The role reports to the Shift lead and involves operating bagging, mill, dryer, loader, and forklift equipment, with strict safety and documentation standards.

Two shift options (day 5am–5pm, night 5pm–5am) with 12-hour days, base pay of $21/hr plus eligible monthly bonus up to $2.86/hr and a $2.00/hr night shift differential. Pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Must read, interpret, and follow English safety commands and hazard alerts.
• Able to read equipment manuals and follow lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Demonstrates ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Run Bagging Machine
• Mill Operation
• Dryer Operation
• Loader operation for yard material and bin filling
• Skid steer operation for unloading KD material
• Forklift operation (single and dual)
• Loading/unloading trucks with finish goods
• Stacking goods in warehouse and outdoor areas
• Participate in plant safety meetings
• Record daily quality samples
• Receive raw materials with documentation
• Shipping and receiving
• Sign trucks in/out for shipping
• Other duties as assigned
