Qualifications

• Ability to operate pumps, valves, and CIP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Verify tanker seals, temperature, and milk quality upon arrival.
• Collect and test milk samples for regulatory and company standards.
• Operate pumps, valves, and CIP systems to transfer milk.
• Ensure sanitation of hoses and connections before and after unloading.
• Complete receiving logs, quality test records, and inventory updates.
• Maintain compliance with dairy regulations (FDA, USDA).
• Clean and sanitize receiving area and equipment per SOP.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines.
• Coordinate with drivers, QA, and production teams on delivery schedules.
