Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC. in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Receiver to join our intake team. You will be the first line of defense for our operations—handling incoming raw milk and cream shipments, managing weight and temperature verifications, and taking precise samples.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CIP on tankers and silos with proper documentation.
• Gather samples of raw milk from tanker for testing.
• Weigh tanker and verify milk temperature and record readings.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with regulations.
• Follow GMP and company regulatory, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Other duties as required.
