Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in a full-time exempt role. The Operations Manager supports the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) by assisting the MTC Site Manager and the MTC S3 Operations Officer in executing all training functions within the Mission Training Complex (MTC).

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with military training and training support.
• Experience in training management at Battalion or high level.
• Basic knowledge of management and development of databases and qualitative/quantitative research methods.
• Ability to work in an office environment with travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of LVC-G capabilities and activities for MCTSP.
• Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership to projects.
• Coordinate MC staff training events to replicate realistic training.
• Coordinate development of deliverables and monthly summary reports.
• Maintain the MTC Long Range Training Calendar and coordinate with leadership.
• Assist in ensuring data governance and information management compliance.
