Valiant Integrated Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to support the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program. The role entails managing LVC-G training activities, leading teams, and coordinating events to mirror realistic training environments.

Candidate should have an AS/AA with eight years' experience or a BA/BS with five years, plus demonstrated military training and training-management background. Strong coordination and reporting skills are essential.

Formación

• AS/AA degree with eight years' experience; BA/BS with five years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with military training and training support.
• Experience in training management at Battalion or higher level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and schedule all LVC-G capabilities for MCTSP.
• Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership.
• Coordinate staff training events to mirror realistic training environments.
• Oversee resourcing for projects and subordinate teams.
• Review travel data and prepare monthly summary reports for the site manager.
• Maintain the MTC Long Range Training Calendar and coordinate with leadership.
• Supervise Exercise scheduling, Security Operations, and Travel.
• Communicate planning needs with management and program staff.
