Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Games for Training Lead to oversee training support services for the Army at the Mission Training Complex (MTC) at JBLM, Washington. This full-time role requires strong management of personnel, equipment, and facilities to meet customer training objectives.

You will supervise gaming suites, coordinate VBS3 integration with MMCS and future systems, prepare briefings, and provide AAR support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of military training and training support at brigade level or higher.
• Experience with gaming and constructive simulation programs.
• Experience on a G3/S3 staff at battalion or higher.
• Knowledge of Mission Command Warfighting Functions and related doctrines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing.
• Proficient with MS Office applications: Office, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Leads 7-10 training contractors delivering Army gaming simulation support.
• Plans SME for execution of gaming-supported exercises for battalion and below units.
• Schedules and resources all MTC gaming events.
• Maintains MTC Gaming suites hardware/software and RMF requirements.
• Plans integration of VBS3 with MMCS and future command/control systems.
• Coordinates training objectives and staff development using simulations.
• Prepares and presents briefings on gaming models and exercise issues.
• Maintains leadership visibility of maintenance, availability, and event status.
• Provides AAR support to the unit.
• Other duties as assigned.
