You will handle inquiries, perform account setup via AEM and Navigator, and contribute to promotional efforts with up-to-date program knowledge and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with military recruiters and recruits via outbound channels (phone, email, letter) about the Recruit Program and bank products.
• Handle incoming recruiter and recruit communications regarding the program, bank, and products.
• Perform account opening and maintenance using AEM and Navigator.
• Research and assemble information to support promotion efforts for the Recruit Program.
