GameStop seeks a Military Retail Keyholder to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales using GameStop’s Buy‑Sell‑Trade Model and Solution Selling techniques. You will help supervise store activities, assist with training, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment to foster loyalty and repeat business.

You will greet customers, answer questions, promote promotions and reward programs, and participate in scheduling to maintain optimum staffing for peak hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, and/or management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to lift merchandise up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell aggressively and meet sales goals using GameStop’s methods.
• Greet customers promptly and provide world-class service.
• Process accurate purchases and returns via POS system.
• Respond to questions in person or by phone; handle inquiries professionally.
• Assist with staffing supervision to maintain top service levels.
• Support store management in training staff and enforcing policies.
• Help with inventory, stock, and merchandising to keep the store organized.
