Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Military Retail Keyholder to deliver outstanding customer service and support the store management team.

You will use GameStop's Buy-Sell-Trade Model, The Circle of Life, and Solution Selling to meet customer needs, promote promotions, and drive sales while keeping the store clean, organized, and inviting. This role also supports training and supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with proof of age.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through Solution Selling and customer needs assessment.
• Provide world-class customer service and greet customers promptly.
• Process purchases and returns via POS system accurately.
• Assist with staff scheduling to maintain excellent service levels.
• Supervise Military Retail Keyholders in absence of management.
• Train store associates on policies and procedures.
