Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner as independent contractors to support military service members. The role emphasizes weekend work with occasional weekday duties under RHRP, across multiple locations including remote installations.

Candidates should hold an active NP license and CPR/BLS, and be prepared for travel. Responsibilities include health assessments, reviewing records, interviewing service members, and documenting readiness results in the medical record using our

Qualifications

Active NP license in the state.
CPR/BLS Certification.
Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred.
Experience with mobile medical services - preferred.
Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology - preferred.
Adaptable to fast paced environments with large volumes of service members daily.
Ability to travel and work weekend hours.

Responsibilities

Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
Review health history and medical records for readiness.
Interview service members to determine medical concerns.
Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health and document results in medical records using the proprietary system.
