Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; ABET-accredited program preferred.
• Four years of appropriate experience demonstrating knowledge in behavioral or social sciences (as applicable to PM), or related field.
• Ability to travel TDY up to 25% of the time.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Program and Project Management Career Development Plan (CDP) Level 1 internal qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a project manager responsible for coordinating and accomplishing assigned projects within a Military Program segment.
• Applies management concepts, principles, methods, and practices essential for project completion.
• Participates in district programming decisions affecting long- and short-range actions for projects.
• Coordinates planning, design, cost engineering, construction, and environmental considerations for projects.
• Controls and manages project milestones and budgets from preliminary assessments through design and construction.
• Provides status reports on projects to management and district leadership.
• Represents the District Commander and serves as the primary contact with stakeholders and agencies.
• Leads negotiation of customer and Corps agreements.
