Job summary

US Army Corps of Engineers in the United States is seeking a project scheduler to advise on the project life cycle and schedules across districts. The role focuses on integrating program goals with budget, contracting, and information management, using Primavera and P6Web for long-term planning.

The candidate will coordinate with Project Delivery Teams and Finance to ensure funds availability and will apply regulations to support schedule decisions and workload management at various leadership

Qualifications

Experience developing and analyzing project schedules using automated project management systems (Primavera Professional and P6Web).
Ability to advise leadership on project status, including scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

Advise Project and Program Managers and other District elements on the project life cycle as outlined in ER 5-1-11 and HQ guidance.
Advise leadership on project schedules related to program mission including budget, contracting, and information management.
Utilize state-of-the-art software in development and long-term management of project schedules, coordinating with SMEs for integration of requirements.
Coordinate with Project Delivery Teams, Program and Project Managers, and Financial Teams to ensure funds are available for schedules.
Review and apply regulations to assist managers in schedule decisions and workload management.
