Job summary

Cognito Systems is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Camp Pendleton, CA, to support the Marines’ SMIP program. You will contribute to performance optimization, program design, and field work in varied environments.

Requirements include US citizenship, English fluency, active BLS certification, and a Bachelor's in a related field; NSCA CSCS or equivalent certification; 5 years of experience; and ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Qualifications

• US citizen or eligible to work in the US.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Maintain active BLS through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Must demonstrate proficiency in strength and conditioning program design.
• Collaborate with USMC personnel and ATs/FFIs.
• Support Marine readiness through physical performance optimization.
