Amazon is seeking a Pathways Operations Manager to transform military leadership into senior operations leadership within one of the world’s most complex companies. You’ll begin by leading 50–100 front-line associates and progressively own broader responsibilities across sites, regions, and networks.

You will drive process improvements, coach other managers, and partner with senior leadership to execute regional initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, and customer obsession.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of active duty military service
• Experience leading teams in operational or logistics environments
• Transitioned/Retired within 1 year (NO EXCEPTIONS)
