Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager for its Pathways Program in Seattle, WA. This three-year leadership development program is designed for recent MBA or Master’s grads to drive cross-functional improvements across our operations network from day one.

You will lead teams, manage processes and data-driven initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and deliver scalable solutions while balancing safety, quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the MIT-LGO program with a conferral date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• 3+ years of professional work (non-internship) experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems.
• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization.
• Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (both written and verbal).
• Track record of ownership and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, high performance, and customer obsession.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and solve complex business and operational challenges, thinking both strategically and tactically.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions.
• Make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve end-to-end processes.
