Job summary

Leidos' Military OneSource program seeks Outreach Assistants to support events and outreach for Service members, families, and military partners. This role requires US citizenship, base access, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, with work conducted near military installations.

The Outreach Assistant will engage communities, educate on program resources, and coordinate with Field Consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Current military affiliation with authorized base access.
• Minimum two years of customer service or outreach experience.
• Knowledge of military culture and family lifestyles.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the program at military installation and community events.
• Educate Service members, families, leadership, and providers about resources.
• Coordinate outreach with partners to connect resources to families.
• Document outreach efforts and report gaps for program improvements.
• Maintain compliance with reporting requirements and standards.
