YO AI Labs seeks experienced Military Operations & Reporting SMEs to support a project evaluating AI-generated DoD reporting content. The role requires practical military operations experience, staff processes, reporting standards, and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, synthesizing information, and providing feedback to improve reporting quality and accuracy. This is a remote contractor position supporting DoD-focused content work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the U.S. DoD as military personnel or civilian
• Experience preparing recurring reports or exec updates for senior leaders
• Familiarity with WARs, status, performance, AARs, or budget execution reports
• Background in military operations, plans, staff, or program/resource mgmt
• Strong written communication and information-synthesis skills
• Experience as Operations/Plans/Staff/Executive Officer or similar role preferred

• Background in military operations, plans, headquarters/command staff, program management, or resource management.
• Strong written communication and information-synthesis skills.
• Experience as an Operations Officer/NCO, Plans Officer, Action Officer, Staff Officer, Executive Officer, or similar role is preferred.
