YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Military Operations & Reporting SMEs for a remote engagement focused on evaluating and improving AI-generated DoD reporting content. The role requires practical DoD experience, staff processes, and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, synthesizing cross-team information, ensuring military terminology and standards, and developing realistic reporting scenarios with reference materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within the U.S. Department of Defense in military roles or as a DoD civilian.
• Experience preparing recurring reports or executive updates for senior leadership.
• Familiarity with WARs, status reports, performance reports, AARs, or budget execution reports.
• Background in military operations, plans, HQ staff, program or resource management.
• Strong written communication and information-synthesis skills.

• Strong written communication and information-synthesis skills.
• Experience as an Operations Officer/NCO, Plans Officer, Action Officer, Staff Officer, Executive Officer, or similar role is preferred.
