Job summary

HDR is seeking a Military Planner II to independently collect and analyze data, develop facility requirements, and support installation master planning across multiple DoD sites. You will guide planning workshops, prepare stakeholder briefs, and contribute to site trip reports with strong math and data analysis skills.

The role requires travel nationally and internationally, familiarity with MS Excel, Access, ArcGIS, Illustrator, InDesign, and SharePoint is a plus, and eligibility for a DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning or related field; 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Independent collection and analysis of existing conditions data and development of facility requirements.
• Development of project solutions, planning standards and site alternatives.
• Preparation and facilitation of planning workshops and stakeholder briefings.
• Write site trip reports and planning process narratives for installation master plans.
