Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent graduate degree or 2 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
• Experience in military personnel programs or related HR functions is expected.
• Transcripts or documentation must be provided to support educational claims.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Personnel Management Activities and serve as SME on policies and regulations.
• Provide guidance and training on personnel actions (promotions, reassignments, evaluations, awards).
• Prepare and review performance standards, set expectations, and give feedback on work quality and progress.
• Assist in leave management to maintain staffing levels and coordinate training for staff proficiency.
• Refer complex issues to supervisor and collaborate with Force Support Squadron and other agencies to resolve issues.
