Responsibilities

• Staffing guidance and direction on personnel, administration, training, recruiting, retention, incentives, and budget matters to DOSA, Adjutant General, Assistant Adjutant General (Air), state ANG staff, and state ANG units.
• Develop and implement state-level military personnel programs, publications, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and execute the State Force Management Plan; assist DOSA; ensure continuity of operations; lead statewide personnel management initiatives.
