Job summary

Magellan Federal is seeking a Personal Financial Counselor to provide counseling and education to service members and their families at Hill AFB, UT. Responsibilities include one-on-one counseling, group briefings, and referrals, with DoD compliance and virtual counseling options as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide personal financial counseling to service members and families on military installations.
Assist in establishing spending plans for extended absences.
Develop and distribute financial informational materials for service members and families.
Coordinate and publicize Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
Conduct age-appropriate classes or seminars as requested.
Utilize virtual counseling methods (secure video/online chat) when authorized.
Adhere to DoD protocols, including DoD OCI disclosures as required.
Communicate with leadership; participate in supervision and program reviews.
Participate in training, quality improvement activities, and other contract duties.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
