Job summary

Magellan Federal seeks a Personal Financial Counselor to deliver comprehensive one-on-one and group financial counseling for service members and families at Offutt AFB. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; may consider an associate degree plus 4 years’ experience or a high school diploma plus 6 years’ experience.
3+ years of financial counseling experience.
U.S. citizen; fluent English; bilingual in English and Spanish may be required per contract.
Certification options include AFC, CFP, or ChFC.

Responsibilities

Provide personal financial counseling services to service members and their families on military installations.
Develop and present DoD-compliant financial education materials and classes.
Coordinate with installation POCs to ensure within-scope services and meet needs.
Utilize virtual counseling tools as allowed; conduct briefings and referrals as needed.
Maintain DoD OCI and security requirements; participate in supervision and training.
