Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English.
• If required by contract, bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 2 background investigation.
• Certifications AFC, CFP, or ChFC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling to service members and their families.
• Develop and provide informational financial materials and resources.
• Coordinate and deliver Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
• Utilize virtual counseling or other secure electronic communication methods as needed.
• Maintain DoD protocol and communicate trends to leadership.
