Job summary

Federal Guardian, LLC is seeking Personal Financial Counselors to deliver comprehensive financial counseling services at military installations. Responsibilities include one-on-one counseling, group briefings, and educational workshops for service members and their families.

Counselors work with installation POC to ensure the program stays within scope and meets installation needs. Requirements include active AFC/ChFC/CFP certification, U.S.

Qualifications

• Active AFC, ChFC, or CFP certification required.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 1 investigation.
• Over 1,000 hours of financial counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and families.
• Conduct financial education sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate with installation points of contact to ensure program scope and needs are met.
• Utilize virtual counseling or other secure communications as needed.
• Maintain compliance with DoD directives and security requirements.
