Goldbelt Glacier-Health Services, LLC is seeking licensed Adult Counselors to support the MFLC program in Alaska. The role focuses on short-term counseling for service members and their families, including individual, couples, and group sessions, plus outreach and briefings designed to reduce stigma around counseling.

Preferred candidates hold a Master’s in a mental health field and independent licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LCPC/LMHC), with strong knowledge of military life and resources.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a mental health field and independent practice licensure required.
• Experience with short-term, solution-focused counseling in military settings preferred.
• Ability to pass background/suitability checks including CNACI.

Aufgaben

• Provide face-to-face, short-term counseling to service members and families.
• Deliver briefings and presentations to individuals and groups.
• Make referrals to military/community resources as needed.
• Maintain daily time reporting and documentation as required.
