Job summary

TRDI in is seeking a Supervisor (Maintenance/Janitorial) to lead day-to-day operations at a military facility. You will ensure contractual compliance, manage staff and subcontractors, coordinate safety, and maintain budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities include payroll performance evaluations, training, and reporting under the AbilityOne program. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour General Industry or certification within 30 days of employment.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Able to delegate and develop team members.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Pass and maintain security clearance.
• Comply with Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure employees, subcontractors, and vendors meet contractual and government regulations.
• Act as point of contact with Government for contract matters.
• Manage contract budget and review efficiency.
• Schedule personnel, review timecards, and manage inventory.
• Set expectations, coach staff, and drive process improvements.
• Perform payroll-based employee evaluations.
• Provide safety training and ensure OSHA/EM safety compliance.
• Analyze AbilityOne ratio for hours scheduling.
• Complete Quarterly reports for AbilityOne employees.
• Facilitate AbilityOne Program with the department.
• Prepare field information for estimates of new/changed work.
• Maintain OPSEC and GFP controls.
• Maintain safety, health programs per EM 385-1-1 and OSHA.
• Adhere to AP Plan per EM 385-1-1 and other standards.
• Perform other tasks as directed by operations/project manager.
