Job summary

Training, Rehabilitation, & Development Institute, Inc. seeks an on-site Supervisor to oversee daily food operations at military dining facilities, coordinating tasks and managing staff under management direction.

You will ensure compliance with contract requirements, government regulations, and TRDI policies, while monitoring budgets, schedules, and safety programs. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Experience supervising employees and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations to meet contract requirements.
• Ensures compliance of TRDI employees, subcontractors, and vendors with government regulations.
• Is the point of contact with the Government and can make decisions on contract matters (excluding material changes).
• Maintains Quality Control and Safety Programs per contract requirements and regulations.
• Manages and reviews the contract budget and efficiency processes.
• Schedules personnel, reviews and approves time cards, and oversees inventory of supplies, equipment, and vehicles.
• Guides employee expectations, conducts performance reviews, and drives process improvements.
• Executes contract reports, inspections, and logs.
• Provides field information to prepare estimates for new work added or deleted from the contract.
• Other tasks as directed by the Project Manager/Supervisor.
