Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) seeks a Mid-Level Project Manager to oversee military facility programs at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI. The role focuses on coordinating contractor teams, managing schedules, and aligning AMP/SMS data with the base-wide investment strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering, construction, facilities, infrastructure, or capital improvement programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Experience with prioritization, QA/QC, risk management, and status reporting.
• Must complete Tier 1 background check and CAC clearance.
• US-based Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project experience, including 3 years in military facilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate contractor personnel across engineers, planners, GIS technicians, and analysts.
• Oversee QA/QC and monthly status reporting for contract deliverables.
• Integrate AMP/Sub-AMP outputs into a base-wide infrastructure investment strategy.
• Support WRRB preparation, validation, scoring, and prioritization of infrastructure needs.
• Guide preventive maintenance optimization using Sustainment Management System data.
• Coordinate with leadership on budget execution, DD1391 development, and asset management.
