Job summary

The Washington Nationals are seeking a Director of Military Affairs and CRM to lead strategic military outreach, manage partnerships, and strengthen stakeholder engagement across the DC region. You will oversee CRM platforms, develop dashboards, and guide community programs in education, youth sports, and veteran initiatives, reporting to the Senior VP of Community Engagement.

This role recruits, hires and mentors interns and staff, works with MLB partners, and helps shape sponsorship

Qualifications

Experience leading military outreach and veteran initiatives.
Proven ability to manage CRM platforms and donor/stakeholder data.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Track record of developing and evaluating community programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the club’s military outreach efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with military leadership, veterans’ groups, and families.
Oversee CRM platform, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and evaluate community outreach strategies across focus areas.
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and mentor interns and outreach staff.
Support department budgeting and annual planning processes.
