Job summary

The CRM Administrator at Washington Nationals will support and enhance our CRM environment to better understand, engage and grow our fan and customer base through data and analytics. You will work across systems administration and business analytics to maintain data accuracy and deliver actionable insights to key teams.

Reporting to the Director, CRM, you will partner with Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Marketing and Nationals Park Events to build reports, dashboards and targeted campaigns,

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & User Support: Serve as a primary business owner and day-to-day support resource for the CRM platform, including user access, troubleshooting and routine admin functions.
• Campaigns, Lead Management & Cross-Functional Support: Build and maintain targeted lead lists and campaign segments to support sales, service, marketing and partnership initiatives.
• Reporting, Analytics & Business Insights: Analyze CRM, ticketing, marketing and partnership data to identify trends, evaluate performance and provide insights to improve revenue generation.
