Job summary

CymSTAR, LLC is seeking a Computer Based Training Instructor (CBTI) to support Camp Shelby, MS on MCCTT TADSS programs. The role includes briefing, instructing, and demonstrating use of simulators, developing interactive courseware, and ensuring quality control throughout the training content lifecycle.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), US CAS3/advanced Army training, and at least five years of instructional experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of US Army CAS3 or similar advanced course.
• Minimum five years of instructor/training experience.

Responsibilities

• Verbally brief and instruct customers on simulator systems.
• Develop, edit, and integrate instructional text, audio, graphics, animation and video for interactive presentations.
• Apply scripting logic and screen layouts for effective training content.
• Implement quality control and revise courseware through development process.
• Limited travel may be required to support other facilities.
