Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 7–10 years of relevant DoD experience.
• U.S. citizen eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• Experience with military facility engineering, construction documentation, subcontractor management, and personnel supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil engineering oversight and technical support to JTF-Gold J4, including tracking facility construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Conduct inspections and quality assurance, manage risks and corrective actions.
• Represent J4 in military construction planning, and supervise personnel and contract deliverables.
