Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Senior Civil Engineer for a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance contract supporting JTF-Gold Directorate (J4). You will provide engineering oversight, review specs, and coordinate with military and government stakeholders to advance MILCON and facility upgrade projects. The role requires 7–10 years in DoD environments, a B.S.

in civil engineering, and TS/SCI eligibility. Travel may be required; U.S.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.C.E. degree required.
• 7–10 years of DoD program experience.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.
• Experience with DPW/USACE/NAVFAC/MDA/AFCEC readiness.
• Experience drafting DD Form 1391 and related documentation.
• Experience managing subcontractors and delivering reports.
• Proficient with MS Office and briefing senior military/USG personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and engineering oversight to achieve program goals.
• Review engineering drawings and specs for compliance.
• Support JTF-Gold J4 with technical and administrative input.
• Track and report status of MILCON facilities upgrades and maintenance.
• Lead QA checks and audits to verify requirements.
• Perform risk management and mitigation planning.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Travel as required to meet customer requirements.
• Represent J-4 in MILCON design sessions.
• Other duties as assigned.
