Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant mental health, social sciences, or human services field plus one year of full-time related experience required.
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure if degree is Social Work.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis response, triage, and support services for calls, chats, and service requests.
• Supervises assigned staff and provides ongoing supervision, coaching, and feedback.
• Supports staff in high-risk situations and ensures adherence to risk assessment and safety protocols.
• Reviews queues and ensures appropriate case dispositions and client-focused interventions.
• Maintains staffing coverage during assigned shifts and tracks key performance metrics.
