Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a Full-Time MILCON Project Programmer (General Engineer) at Hill AFB (Layton, UT) to plan, program, and submit MILCON projects for prioritization, funding, and approval. The role supports the 75th Civil Engineer Group Engineering Division and requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of engineering and construction concepts across disciplines.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements and applicable rules.
• Knowledge of facility program planning, budgeting cycles, and financial controls.
• Ability to plan, conduct, and record site/facility surveys and inspections.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements and plan MILCON projects for prioritization and funding.
• Prepare programming documentation and submit projects for approval.
• Enter data into applicable data systems per business rules.
• Provide communication and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation for project funding and approval meets deadlines and policy.
