Job summary

Rivet Operations Company seeks a Programmer to plan and program quality facility projects for the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron at Nellis AFB. The role entails evaluating requests, securing resources, and coordinating with engineering, architecture, and planning teams to meet MILCON objectives.

You will conduct site surveys, perform analyses, and prepare programming documents for funding approval while tracking and adjusting to schedule constraints and funding priorities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, architecture, or Construction Management or equivalent in the U.S. with relevant experience.
• Experience with information management, project tracking, and CADD software.
• Experience conducting site/facility surveys, economic analyses, and feasibility studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with engineers, architects, planners, tenants, and construction agents.
• Use project tracking and CADD software to ensure submissions meet programmed parameters.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental codes and improve workplace safety.
